Dieter Popp (* 1938 in Berlin) was 1969 to 1990 feeler gauge of the military intelligence service (Mil lp) of the national People's Army of the GDR.
After the education was Dieter Popp of insurance employees. It acted in the left, intellectual political scene. In addition it is member of the DKP (a German communist party) as well as the Party of Democratic Socialism in Bonn where it the communist one platform (KPF) belongs. 2004 were Popp candidate (place 6 of the proposal list) of the Party of Democratic Socialism to the local elections on 26 September 2004 in Bonn. It received 75 voices (1.7%) in its constituency, the Party of Democratic Socialism Bonn reached altogether 2245 voices (1.84%) and received a mandate.
