A dealer basic agreement (also supplier basic agreement) is a contract between current dealers and network carriers.
The network carrier puts its electricity mains to the current dealer at the disposal, so that the current dealer can supply its customers over it. For the use of the net the current supplier pays a net payment, which can calculate these then its customer.
Further the dealer basic agreement regulates on un notice of departure of the customers (periods), data exchange (formats), the transmission of the measuring and count values, adhesion, balance, the behavior with pecuniary difficulties and with net interruptions.
The purchase and sales of river are not contents of the contract. The current dealer can procure these freely at the market (e.g. with the current stock exchange or with power stations).
