Dawid flame (* 1793 in Kalisch, "† 12 November 1876 in Hamburg), was a famous Polish 19. Century.

Flame, of a wealthy Jewish buyer family, studied at the universities in Breslau and Berlin, where he terminated 1818 the medicine study. Until 1833 it operated a medical Praxe in its hometown Kalisch and went then to Warsaw, where it was active as a gynecologist. Dawid flame was a first physician in congress Poland, who caused a birth by the Kaiserschnitt. Admits and in the Polish capital was loved he for the fact that he cared for in vain arms.
