Danuta (* 8 April 1948 in Nisko, Poland) is a Polish politician and an European Union clerk sarin.

1971 received it the master OF Science in economic science at the Warsaw restaurant university, 1974 attained a doctorate it. Since 1992 it is Professorin for economic science. Since 1971 them were several marks Stipendiatin and Gastwissenschaftlerin at foreign universities.

Since 1994 Danuta is active in the policy. From 1994 to 1996 she was a state secretary in the Industrieministerium. 1997 became it boss of the Kanzlei of the Polish president and held this office until 1998. From 1998 to 2001 it was active as Deputy Executive Secretary in the economic commission of the United Nations for Europe. From 2001 to 2003 she was a state secretary in the State Department, from 2003 to finally 2004 even minister. It became after the European Union entry of Poland at the 1. May 2004 as European Union clerk sarin the French commercial commissioner Pascal Lamy assigned to. On 18 November it was inserted as new clerk sarin for regional policy into its office.

Danuta has two daughters.
