Daniel F. Pinnow (*13. April 1962 in Stuttgart) is since 1997 a managing director of the academy for high-level personnel of the economy in & bath Harzburg as well as since 2004 member of the executive committee of the COGNOS AG, Hamburg.

Pinnow is Wegbereiter of the systemic guidance beginning in Germany and ranks among the namhaftesten guidance and management experts. He is a successful book author and author of numerous scientific papers.

Life

In Balingen, Baden-Wuerttemberg Pinnow grown up completed training in the handicraft as a refrigerant plant farmer. After the Abitur at the technical High School in Balingen it was as freelance jazz and rock musicians in completely Europe on tours on the way. From 1985 to 1991 it studied Cologne and Wuppertal economics and social sciences at the universities. From 1991 to 1993 it was with the EADS/German Aerospace AG, Munich first as a member of the centers group of new generations and afterwards as an adviser for personnel development active.
