Container pore plants
Classification:Organism
Domain:Eukaryoten (Eucaryota)
:Plants (Plantae)
:Container plants (Tracheobionta)
:Container pore plants
Scientific name
Pteridophyta
Departments
  • Urfarne (Psilophyta)
  • (Lycopodiophyta)
  • Box stems (Equisetophyta)
  • Ferns (Polypodiophyta)

The container pore plants (Pteridophyta) or fern-well-behaved plants form the two over departments of the container plants (Tracheobionta) together with the seed plants (Spermatophyta). Characteristic characteristic for this group of plants is the reproduction by Sporen.

Characteristics

With the reproduction by Sporen a dimorpher change of generations so mentioned arises, in which from the Sporen first a pro thallium of Gametophyt mentioned develops.

This haploide Gametophyt is generally few millimeters large, Lebermoos well-behaved plant they forms either on one or on different Gametophyten Archegonien and Antheridien, in which the Eizelle and the Spermatozoiden develop as female and male germ cells. In presence of water ""then the Spermatozoid swims to the Eizelle with following fertilize from the fertilized Eizelle (Zygote) develops then the diploide Sporophyt, the large, dominant factor, in Sporangien Sporen basic plant.

Some of these plants have homogeneous Sporen (Homosporie), others have macro pores (from those only female Gametophyten to develop) and micro pores (from those only male Gametophyten to develop) (Heterosporie).

The containers (guidance bundles) of the container pore plants are called Tracheiden; they differ from the tracheae of the bloom plants (Magnoliophyta).

Systematics

Today this over department is often divided into four departments by rezenten plants. Besides become extinct plants are well-known by fossils. These are assigned three further groups.
