Curt angel horn (* to 25. May 1926 in Munich, full name Curt Glover angel horn) was to 1997 partners of the Pharma enterprise Boehringer Mannheim.

Curt angel horn is the great-grandchild of Friedrich angel horn, the founder of the BASF. He is son of an American nut/mother (Anita Schlemmer angel horn) and a German father (Curt angel horn senior). It studied Texas Chemie-Ingenieurwesen in Austin. it stepped 1955 into the C.F at that time. Boehringer & sons GmbH and reached the position of the managing director within five years. Under his guidance ascended the up to then rather medium-size coined/shaped enterprise to the world company.

1985 it shifted its domicile on the Bermudas. There it created a holding company, the Corange Ltd., whose Chief Executive Officer (CEO) became he. Into this getting thing brought it and the other partners their portions of Boehringer Mannheim. Curt angel horn led Boehringer Mannheim from now on from the Bermudas. 1990 he withdrew from the operational business and became Chairman board of the OF Directors (comparable the supervisory board chairman of a German AG) the Corange Ltd.

1997 sold the partners their portions of the Corange Ltd. at Hoffmann La Roche for approximately 19 billion DM, on Curt angel horn thereby approximately 8 billion DM escaped according to its 40%igen participation. By inserting the Corange Ltd. it succeeded thus to Curt angel horn and the other partners to take in proceeds of sale without taxes for the German treasury resulted.

He is founder of the Curt Engelhorn donation, which supports museums financially.
