A control system serves a manufacturing or a production or parts for the "line" of it, and also cognate processes and procedures, e.g. in the generation of current or in the traffic engineering. Generally can be differentiated process control systems, net instrumentation and building instrumentation. The assigned software is used increasingly on PCs, which are made controlling of the processes and their monitoring by programmable controllers (SPS) or telecontrol installations (FWA).
