Continuous cultures are in accordance with the European Union aid right (article 2 letter C regulation (EEC) No. 795/2004)

  • not into the crop rotation included cultures
  • for the duration of at least 5 years on the surfaces remain
  • and recurring yields supply
  • including nursery gardens
  • excluded the cultures and nursery gardens of several years of such cultures of several years specified in article 2 letter D of the regulation (EEC) No. 795/2004.

The opposite of a continuous culture calls itself change culture.

As continuous cultures are considered for example

  • Fruit and kinds of vegetable, which grow on trees and bushes and are no culture of several years:

Apples, pears, Quitten, apricots, cherries, peaches, nectarines, plums, Zwetschgen, Schlehen, Weintrauben, almonds, Walnsse, Esskastanien, figs, Kiwi, Aronia (black apple berry), Kapern

  • Hop
  • Christmas tree cultures outside of the forest
