Cold rent refers generally German linguistic usage to the part of the rent, which it applies to pay to the landlord, who covers alone the space use as such. A part of the further costs is separately proven in the additional expenses account. This can be for example: Garbage disposal, water (warm and cold), natural gas, waste water, heating, corridor lighting, fire insurance, cable connection.
