Catherine Monvoisin (* around 1632, "† 1680), called La Voisin, was a French Giftmischerin.

Catherine Monvoisin lived at the outskirts of a town of Paris. Together with its daughter and several colleagues it sold provided Horoskope against stately fees of poisons, dear watering places, and said the future, operated Voodoo charms and broke unwanted pregnancies off.
