Caspar one (* 6. May 1948 in Salzburg) was from 1995 to 1997 Ministers of the Interior, afterwards to 2000 Federal Ministers for science and traffic of the Republic of Austria.

Biografie

Caspar one is the son of the composer Gottfried of and its Mrs. Lianne, geb. from Bismarck. After Matura in Vienna and conclusion of the study of the jurisprudence in Vienna 1971 he operates as a probation officer in Vienna and Salzburg and comes themselves then over several stations to the Austrian mineral oil company where he has responsibility last, before his entrance into the federal politics, for the division gas.

Caspar one is married and has a son.

Political career

In November 1994 becomes an undersecretary of state in the Office of the Federal Chancellor. By April 1995 to 1997 he is Federal Minister for inside, afterwards until February of 2000 Federal Ministers for science and traffic.

Since the formation of the coalition of and in February 2000 he is a delegate to the national council for the constituency Vienna/interior west (= Vienna when suppl. approximately) and European speaker of the He is an author and publisher of numerous books, president of the federation social-democratically university graduate inside (BSA), the Austrian-Slovenian society and since May 2001 is he deputy club chairman in the national council.
