Carpenter sayings, arranging sayings or wreath/ring speeches one calls solemn speeches on the occasion of the completion of a building of houses.

Like the Grundsteinlegung of a building, then also the completion of the same is committed in the carcass by a solemn act, which usually attaches to putting the wooden roof stand up and is called therefore in the vernacular the arranging celebration of the house.
