Cared for living living forms are called, in which humans, among other things old humans, psychologically patient obstructed, or young people are going by cared for by social workers and/or psychologists, educators, therapists or care forces that during simultaneous support for the accomplishment of the individual problems the greatest possible autonomy is ensured.

Living forms

There are different forms of the support, depending upon individual need. Thus it gives depending upon need few hours per week or more to persons, who live support in their own dwelling and from their individual case aid or receive to an ambulatory hospital service. Here is often only importantly, which is reminded the person who can be cared for of its regular obligations, thus an assistance for everyday completions experiences.

Another form is common living together in therapeutic group houses. There are differences in the degree of the support also here. Here can be differentiated roughly between round around the clock support and support, which take place only during the day and/or at certain times.

Particularly in therapeutic group houses the field of the responsible persons concerns frequently a great many details in the daily life. For this many life-practical things count such as body hygiene, cleanliness of the dwellings, handling money and also purchases, also according to individual need.

Often psychological consultation is offered, in order to master conflicts. In many group houses there are regular group meetings, in which affairs concerning the group are clarified.

There is conflict consultation with arguments of the inhabitants among themselves or with the responsible persons.

Goals

A highest goal is, to the concerning as little responsibility as decreasing necessarily to arrange independent in order to promote it thereby, their life and/or to avoid or as far as possible postpone an accommodation in a home for the elderly or a geriatric home.

With many psychologically patients is aimed at making possible for them later a life outside of the support ensuring them assistance again into the society to be integrated and after possibility also again into an occupation find.

Legal bases are in the social legislation IX (rehablitation and sharing of handicapped humans) in "§ 55 exp. 2 No. 6. Here in the context of the sharing alive in the community (integration help) for humans with handicap "assistance are called to lives in cared for living possibilities" as achievements. From this requirements on social security benefits can result in the context of the integration help (SGB XII), the so-called "cared for a living", under what the above mentioned ambulatory advisory activities and social services are usually understood.

Legal bases: The legislator missed it so far to define "cared for living" legally; therefore so far everyone knows its dwelling as "cared for living" letting. Starting from January 2006 "cared for living" is as DIN standard to be defined. Published is so far not this. A Legaldefiniton does not give to appoint itself it unfortunately, which would permit it, with court complaints to the legally gestgelegten details. IN the civil law book (BGB) one does not find relevant regulation, also not in the remark laws and - is regulation important with "cared for living" at the time of the conclusion of a contract, contents of the Mietvertrages.Es must everything individually regulated and exactly designated be, in order to have a complaint possibility with renting disputes.
