The capability light is an official document, which authorizes the owner to burn pyrotechnic articles of the class III and IV off as well as store explosives.

The capability light can be malfunctioned, if after the SprengG one of the facts is present:

1. Unreliability,
2. missing technical instruction-oh-point,
3. Applicant younger than 21 years.

In order the capability light too received, the proof of the technical instruction is necessary according to law. It furnished the proof of the technical instruction who in a recognized training course successfully participated and existed an examination before the responsible authority.

The proof of the technical instruction also furnished, who exercised an at least three-year practical activity or training at a university, a professional school or an engineering school locked and exercised an at least one year's practical activity, if the activity and the training were suitable, to mediate the necessary technical instruction.

The Federal Ministry specifies the following points:

• the acknowledgment of the training courses of reliable applicants,
• the permission of the course participants,
• them which can be arranged the technical and legal knowledge
• and the proof of their successful participation,
• the technical requirements of the technical and legal knowledge as well as of the practical talents,
• the conditions for the examination, the test procedure and and also
• the obligation of the permission owner to participate in certain distances in a training course or a refresher course.
