Campari (in Italy Campari bitter or simply only bitter) is the label name for a red with bitter-sweet taste. It is manufactured since 1862 in Milan (Italy), where it was poured out for the first time in the cafe Camparino in the Viktor Emanuel gallery. The exact prescription is a family secret. According to the manufacturing firm Campari group are used 86 different roots, herbs, spices and fruits. Campari is manufactured until today after original prescription.
Those added in distilled water are eingeweicht and with ethanol shifted. In some countries Campari soda is offered also mixed in small, conical bottles.
