B2A is the abbreviation for Business ton administration and stands for (electronic) communication relations between enterprises and authorities, contrary to communication relations to other enterprises or private person-sees also E-Government. The term B2G (Business ton Government) can be used thereby as synonym.

Particularly in connection with the support of business processes by electronic means of communication the business processes are in this way categorized.

B2A finds also within the marketing range ever greater importance, where for customers from this range special marketing measures are used. For example due to the usually budget-based financing other price models are used, etc.
