Business control (abbreviation "GeKo") designates the whole of all concepts in connection with the controlled treatment of business in the public administration. Business of various kind is e.g. object of the treatment, like requests for building, inquiries of citizens or journalists, complaints or appeals. Examples of goals of the controlled treatment are
