The term business bus (English business bus) designates a concept, an implementation and a Kollaborationsprotokoll in the context of the integration of applications and components along a creation of value chain.

Business bus designates a concept to the integration of actually independent applications and components along the creation of value chain assistance of the Enterprise Application integration (EAI). One differentiates different levels on the Business bus:
