On the basis this characteristics of projects leaves itself easily to recognize that building projects, into which buildings as Unikate is usually established a project character to possess, so that these can be called building projects. Building projects the investment projects with firm goals and results are fundamental as well as fixed to dates and costs with variable resources to assign. In the reality it can come however frequently, e.g. under suggestions for improvement of the owner during the execution of the project, to deviations from these goals, which can affect also the observance of dates and costs negatively. The project management has here the task, an optimal solution for the observance of costs to find to dates and quality.
