The Brousse you Rove, also Fromage frais de corne (for instance translates in the horn) mentioned, is a French from sheep or goat milk. It is manufactured in Provence. This concerns a soft with mild taste, which is offered to high conical plastic cups into 9 centimeters.

To the art of manufacturing it belongs that the run milk is struck still before dripping off the whey. Its name it owes to the traditional custom to fill the cheese mass into sheep horns.
