The Brin d'Amour is a korsischer raw milk cheese from sheep milk. Just like the Fleur you Maquis, another korsischen cheese it is covered with the herbs typical for the Maquis forest such as bean herb and Rosmarin. The cheese smells therefore intensively after these dried herbs.

The Brin d'Amour is a so-called Artisanal cheese. The manufacturer must the milk of other producers the milk of its own animals process, may however differently than with the Fermi he cheese also in addition-buy. The paste of the cheese is ivory colored and matures one month.
