The Birmingham Small of arm company, briefly BSA is a British motorcycle manufacturer.

History

The Birmingham Small of arm company, briefly BSA was created 1861 from fourteen weapon waffenschmieden, which had already stepped in the union as Birmingham Small of arm trade Association, England, in feature. BSA supplied 126,000 to the armed forces. From 1937 on (and later until 1950) additionally military bicycles including the Paratrooper Fahrrades.Gleichzeitig produced the Daimler engine company armored cars.

In the year 1972 the label name BSA in the company NVT (Norton Villiers triumph) came up. The BSA motorcycles produced then resembled individual triumph models.

The label name belongs after repeated owner change today the BSA shelf Group. It manufactures mainly spare parts for motorcycles.
