The Beltway Sniper Attacks shifted the area in October 2002 by Washington DC and the inter+done 95 in Virginia in fear and fright. People had fear to settle everyday tasks such as a buying parents refused bringing their children to the school and operating gas stations boomten. At least ten humans were killed and heavily hurt three, three further murders could not not be proven the authors however. A goal of the attacks was it to extort 10 million dollar of the US authorities. The authors stepped repeated with the authorities into contact, in order to lend to its demands reproduction.

Contactors

After the authorities proceeded from only one protecting, the author of the media got different titles: Beltway Sniper, D.C. Sniper, Washington Sniper, Serial Sniper and toward end of Tarot Card Sniper. After many speculations it turned out that there were two authors: the John all Muhammad and the Lee Boyd Malwo, which spent itself as Muhammads son and called themselves John Lee Malvo.

Chronology of the events

• On 5 September around 22:30 clock Paul LaRuffa, a owner of a Pizzeria, by six balls, is deadly met when it wanted to close straight its restaurant. Its laptop is found with the arrest Muhammads in its cars.

• On 21 September Claudine Parker, a shop assistant in a liquor shop is shot in Montgomery, Alabama with an assault. Their assistant is hurt. The determining authorities suspect Muhammad and Malwo also this murder with robbery to have committed. At the scene a finger mark Malwos is found.

• 2. October:
  • 17:20 clock: A shot pierces a window of a Michael's Craft net curtain in Aspen Hill. Nobody is hurt.
  • 18:05 clock: The first victim of the Beltway Sniper Attacks dies in Wheaton. It is the James Martin, Programmanalyst and father of a of Sohn, who is shot on the parking lot of a supermarket chain.

• 3. October: Within 15 hours a wave of attacks shakes Montgomery County.
  • 7:41 clock: James L. Buchanan, a gardner, is shot in Rockville, when he a lawn.
  • 8:12 clock: Prem Kumar Walekar (54), a pensioner and partial time taxi driver, is shot in Aspen Hill when refuelling its taxi.
  • 8:37 clock: Sarah Ramos (34), Babysitterin from El Salvador and nut/mother of a seven-year-old of son, shot at a bus stop in Silver jump with the reading of a book.
  • 9:58 clock: Lori Ann Lewis Rivera (25), a beginning child girl, is shot while refuelling in Kensington.
  • 21:15 clock: Pascal Charlot (72), a carpenter from Haiti in the retirement, is met with the walk on the Georgia Avenue in Washington, D.C. It dies one hour later.

• On 24 October John all Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo are discovered sleeping in its car, a blue Chevrolet Caprice, year of construction 1990, by a Trucker on a parking lot in Maryland, which alarmed the police. The civil proceedings

The families of some victims raised complaint against the authors, the weapon dealer and the manufacturer.
