Befriedete of districts are

1. after the law over befriedete districts for constitutional bodies of the federation (discharges on 11 August 1999) fixed ranges around the German Bundestag (seat in Reichstag) and the German Upper House of Parliament (seat in the former Prussian manor-house) in Berlin, as well as around the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe. Within these districts meetings are certified only if an impairment of the business concern of these constitutional bodies is impossible. The decision over taking place appropriate meetings meets the Federal Ministry of the inside (ministry of the Interior), as well as the president constitutional body with amending of the this law concerned the spell mile law was replaced, which generally excluded such meetings.

2. after federal game laws and the game laws of the Lands of the Federal Republic of parts of hunting grounds, in which the hunt rests, i.e. hunt actions without further permission to be made may not. Examples of befriedete districts in the hunt-legal sense are localities, in the external area building, which predominantly serves the stay of humans, zoos and cemeteries. Additionally parts of hunting grounds can be explained from the hunt authorities to befriedeten districts. The hunt practice in befriedeten districts can be as required necessary (e.g. firing of wild pigs in the settlement range, catch or firing of or Mardern). For this special permissions are necessary. These are given by the hunt authorities.
