The BAVC, the federal employers' association chemistry registered association is the roof federation of the employer of the chemical industry federations in Germany.

The BAVC reacts with its tariff policy to the structural change. An important goal is it to keep as many chemistry productions competitive as possible and the jobs in Germany, connected with it.

For this the BAVC develops solutions in line with standard usage on its tariff, core spheres of activity and social politics, in the interest of the enterprises and the jobs in Germany. A goal is a balanced, tariff-political "CHANGE management", which accompanies the constant process of change in the enterprises.

In addition it belongs also that the BAVC makes the consequences of global developments in relation to politics and society as well as for the trade unions promptly transparency. The readiness is necessary to examine and in question place overcoming structures. For this an intensive dialogue is necessary: In a socially highly developed country such as Germany the change from possession conditions can succeed to the concerning in the long term to conviction of the BAVC only in the consent.
