Bautz'ner is a German food mark. Most important product is the Bautz'ner mustard. It ranks among the most well-known and most popular East German products. Today the mark belongs to the Develey mustard & fine food GmbH - Unterhaching, production continues to take place however in the work in Bautzen.

History

The tradition of the Bautzener of mustard begins created company already with one 1866 in Bautzen.
