Babyface Nelson, actually Lester M. Gillis (* 6 December 1908 in Chicago, Illinois, the USA; "† 27 November 1934 in Chicago), also admits George Nelson under the name was an US-American gangster and bank robber into the 1930er years. It received its pointed name Babyface because of its juvenile feature.

Babyface Nelson was member of the Dillinger gang.

With a shooting with FBI officials on 27 November 1934 both the two officials Herman Hollis and Samuel P were killed. Cowley and Nelson. It succeeded to the deadly wounded Samuel Cowley to teach before entrance of its death to the robber a shot wound. Nelson died, without attaining consciousness again, at 20 o'clock of the same daily. It is buried on the Saint Joseph Cemetery of River Grove in Illinois (the USA).
