In the first decades the society possessed numerous factories into and around Berlin:
- Engine works (dynamos, electric motors, transformers)
- Apparatus factory (arc lamps, circuit breaker, safety devices, resistances, automatic controller, starter, measuring instruments of all kinds)
- Cable works (copper and metal work, rubber production, Mikanitfabrik)
- Lamp factories (coal thread and metal thread lamps, Nernst lamps)
- Turbine factory (steam turbines)
For the spark telegraphy its own society was created, which also Siemens & Halske transferred its patents. From the AEG the citizens of Berlin power stations (late BEWAG, today Vattenfall) were created at that time, whose equipment was placed by the founder company.

Starting from 1912 the airplanes in Gemischtbauweise from wood and steel tube with fabric covering were then built.
