The attorney (ital. procura, authority, of lat. procurare, for something concern take care, too per, of, and cura,) is a representative of the owner of a commercial transaction equipped with comprehensive authority (the power of attorney in such a way specified). Third opposite the power of attorney cannot be limited. It justified to nearly all business, except for sale and load of properties, because in addition is authorized the attorney only if particularly this power (special authorization) were given to it. The attorney signs contracts with an additive suggesting the power of attorney, usually "ppa. "or more rarely "pp. "(by procuram).

An attorney may not:

• Tax declarations and balances sign

• Partners accept

• Actions implement, which aim at to stop the business

• Even give power of attorney
