Assembly places are in accordance with sample building code and the national regulations over the building and enterprise of assembly places buildings with (meeting) areas for more than 200 persons. Buildings, which seize altogether more than 200 visitors, fall under this regulation, if the assembly places have common emergency routes.

Scene surfaces and open-rir sports facilities in the free one, whose more visitor range in each case than 1000 visitors seize and completely or partly structural facilities exist, are likewise called assembly place.

In contrast to normal buildings at assembly places increased demands are made against the fire protection and the escape and emergency routes.
