Rintelen, Anton, (* 15 November 1876 in Graz, "† 28. 1946 in Graz, was Austrian lawyer and politician (a Christian-social party).

Before that 1. World war was Rintelen as Wissenschafter at different universities actively. Among other things it between 1903 and 1911 professor at the German university were in Prague, where it into the "true mouth affair", an argument between that catholic klerikalen and the liberal liberal world-descriptive adjustments at the universities was complicated. Starting from 1911 he became a professor for procedures in the civil courts at the University of Graz. 1918 he became a national captain deputy of the Steiermark, 1919-26 and 1928-32 was he a national captain. Between them 1926 and 1932-33 he was Federal Minister for instruction. 1920-23 it was also member of the Upper House of Parliament, 1927-30 and 1931-34 delegates to the national council. In the year 1933 he was appointed the envoy in Rome.
