Rintelen, Anton, (* 15 November 1876 in Graz, "† 28. 1946 in Graz, was Austrian lawyer and politician (a Christian-social party).

Before that 1. World war was Rintelen as Wissenschafter at different universities actively. Between them 1926 and 1932-33 he was Federal Minister for instruction. 1920-23 it was also member of the Upper House of Parliament, 1927-30 and 1931-34 delegates to the national council. In the year 1933 he was appointed the envoy in Rome.
