There Ansari was born in Iran and spent childhood and youth. 1984 emigrated it into the United States, because her in their homeland - which was Schah regime 1979 fallen - no scientific fan to study was allowed. Anousheh, Hamid and its brother Amir pulled after Texas and established themselves north of Dallas in Plano. In the town Richardson, convenient between Dallas and Plano, created the three 1993 the Internet company tti (telecom technologies incorporated). Hamid became a president, Anousheh took over the executive committee presidency (Chief Executive Officer) and Amir became technical manager (Chief Technology Officer). In the year 2000 transferred Sonus network for 750 million US Dollar tti and Anousheh led short time a Sonus daughter.

With the money of Sonus networks created the three Ansaris a new company: Prodea is an equity investment company, which has like tti their seat in Richardson.

To 43. Anniversary of Alan Shepards Suborbitalflug into space donated a larger amount to Prodea to the X-Prize-Foundation. Anousheh and its brother-in-law Amir gave to 5. May 2004 admits, one supported the donation with several millions US Dollar. The X-Prize thereupon renamed to honours of the donors in Ansari X-Prize.

Anousheh is a star Trek fan and dreams since its childhood to become Astronautin. That could become true soon, because in March 2006 it became admits that the Unternehmerin will presumably fly in the spring 2007 with a Soyuz spaceship to the international space station (EAT).
