Those and-cut AG (complete designation and-cut Actiengesellschaft) is a Austrian equipment construction company with head office in Graz. It is designated after the Grazer urban district and-cuts.

The group of and cutting employs world-wide approximately 5,400 coworkers at 15 production and service places. To the group belong over 100 subsidiaries and selling addresses. In the year 2004 the group of and cutting obtained a conversion of 1.48 billion euro and a EBITDA of over 115 million euro. The operating result (PUBLIC EXHIBITION FOR MULTIMEDIA) amounted to 76.1 million euro. Chairman of the board is Wolfgang Leitner (since 1994).

Divisions

Cellulose and paper

Cellulose and paper is also over 50 % of the gross income the by far largest division. And-cut manufactures plants for the production of almost all kinds of cellulose for the production of paper, cardboard and fiber boards as well as special machines for the production of tissue paper.

Rolling and volume treatment plants

Rolling and volume treatment plants is also over 15 % of the company turnover the second largest division. The enterprise plans, developed and establishes plants for the production of cold rolled strip and hot-rolled strip from high-grade steel, carbon steel and non-ferrous metals as well as regeneration and oxide plants.

Environmental and process technique

Environmental and process technique is with approx. 15 % of the group conversion the third biggest division. Into this range systems for the treatment of waste water, sewage mud and industrial mud fall.

Feed technology

Feed technology constitutes 7 % of the gross income. From this range and-cuts systems and machines to industriellen supplies the production of usual animal fodder and high-quality special fodder.

Hydraulic machines and other activities

Hydraulic machines is with 3 % of the gross income the smallest division. It covers the production of water turbines and pumps for the cellulose and paper industry. In addition within this range also components for the space technology are produced, among them for the European Ariane space program.
