Alexander Falk (* 25 July 1969) is the son of the Falk city plan inventor Gerhard Falk (* 1922 "† 1978).

Life

Grew up Falk in Hamburg Blankenese. 1996 sold Alexander Falk and its sisters their inherited portions of the cartography publishing house Falk for 50 million DM, created by the father Gerhard Falk, to the Bertelsmann AG. With its proceeds of sale and bought A.Falk created afterwards several enterprises from the range that new Economy.

First Falk was considered as successful Internet entrepreneurs. Thus it sold his company Ision for 812 million euro to end of 2000 to the British company Energis. Short time went to Energis failure later and thereupon a process against Falk on. Is accused to him by illusory conversions the value of its company Ision artificially up to have floated in order to obtain an unrealistically high selling price.

The case momentarily at the regional court Hamburg one negotiates. From 6 June 2003 by 22 April 2005 Alexander Falk was in remand. The nut/mother of Alexander Falk Evelyn Falk Meyer Riedt (63) committed house suicide after Presseinformationen on 15 December 2005 in her Blankeneser.
