The action costs are those costs, which result in trading ventures, in order to furnish commercial achievements. In manufacturing companies these costs correspond to the selling and administrative overhead costs.

They expose themselves together:

  • Costs of the offer composition (e.g. Searches and finding possibly inquired article),
  • Space costs (shopping place in the stationary trade, sales car in the mobile trade or Web space in the electronic trade),
  • Storage costs (storage space, stock management and stored material)
  • Coworker (e.g. in the shelf assembly, dispatch logistics or the sales consultation) as well as relevant additional expenses (vacation, illness, further training etc.),
  • Expenses (e.g. Folders, advertising banners),
  • Packing (new or Umverpacken of goods),
  • Writings-off,
  • Vehicle park,
  • Administratives expense,
  • Taxes and other costs.

Action cost addition in % = \ frac {action costs} {cost price} *100

The sum of delivery costs and action cost addition result in the first cost in the trade.
