Abschlussprovison is a right term from the broker right. It designates the payment for the conclusion of a deal. Commissions can become in principle due on switching of a business (commission or indicator commission) or if the business is actually locked. The acquisition costs are entitled to the commercial agent or commercial broker, if the business comes off by its causal (causal) contribution.

The acquisition costs do not correspond to the example of the law in the German right. Here the proof of the opportunity is usually enough for the conclusion of a contract.
