The model of the achievement pyramid (English performance Pyramid) 1991 of Richard L. lynch and. CROSSes developed Kelvin F.

For the controlling of the organizational units both financial and not-financial characteristic numbers flow into the model.

Despite the different conception the model is connected, there close with the Balanced Scorecard the authors of the Balanced Scorecard (Kaplan/Norton) to influence on the performance Pyramid and lynches/to CROSSes for their part influence on the Balanced Scorecard took.

The performance Pyramid ranks the performance among Measurement systems.
